How We Ship a Full-Stack Next.js + Supabase MVP in 3 Weeks

A step-by-step breakdown of our Sprint 01 process: from project brief to production deployment. What we build, what we skip, and why.

Speed of execution is the single greatest competitive advantage an early-stage startup has. Yet, many founders spend 3 to 6 months building an MVP before getting real user feedback.

In our 3-week Full-Stack MVP Launch Sprint, we follow an opinionated, lean architecture:

Week 1: Schema & Auth Architecture — Designing PostgreSQL tables in Supabase, establishing Row Level Security (RLS) policies, and wiring Next-Auth or Supabase Auth.
Week 2: Core User Loops & Payment Flows — Implementing the primary value loop with Next.js 14 App Router, Server Actions, and Stripe Checkout / Webhooks.
Week 3: Polish, Performance & Deploy — Testing responsive UI with Tailwind CSS, verifying edge performance, setting up domain records, and deploying to Vercel.

What We Skip: Over-engineered microservices, complex custom analytics pipelines, and bloated component libraries. Lean stacks ship faster, break less, and scale effortlessly.
