4. Analytics
We may use privacy-first analytics tools (such as Fathom Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not use cookies, do not track individuals across sites, and are fully GDPR-compliant. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.
5. Affiliate Links
Our Tool Matrix directory contains affiliate referral links. When you click these links and sign up for a third-party service, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools we genuinely use or have vetted. Clicking affiliate links does not share your personal information with us beyond a standard HTTP referral header.
6. Data Storage & Security
Project inquiries submitted via our contact form are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised GoMinify team members via Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless a contractual relationship exists.
